Yesterday corresponding to the 3rd of March 2018, the minister of higher education and scientific research Prof. Khaled Abd Al-Ghaffar has visited Aswan university and its hospitals accompanied by Aswan university president Prof. Ahmed Ghallab, the vice president of graduate studies and research Prof. Ayman Othman, the vice president of community service and environmental development Prof. Ahmed Sayed Khalil, the vice president of education and student’s affairs Prof. Hanan Abd Al-Moneam, the university previous president Prof. Mansour Kabbash, Dr. Hussin Al-Sherif, the university hospitals manager Dr. Abd Allah Al- Eibeidy, faculties deans and some of university leaders. He has inaugurated the dialysis unit, the magnetic resonance unit, the dental clinic, 9 operating rooms with uni-capsule system asserting that the dialysis unit which includes 56 beds and a dialysis equipment in addition to the old dialysis department is considered a medical surge and that Aswan university will be supported to continue the developments.
The minister accompanied by the dean of the higher institute of social work Dr. Abd Al-Monseaf Rashwan, Dr. Saad Eiwada and a group of the academic staff of the higher institute of social work inspected some sports facilities in the higher institute (Student’s Training Center, Skills Development Center, Computer Center, Quality Assurance and Accreditation center and a Gymnasium), the minister met some students and listened to their points of views, he also participated in some activities.
