Today, Tuesday, prof. Ahmad Ghallab president of Aswan University witnessed the celebration of the University Center for Professional Development UCCD of Aswan University, Also granted the certifications for the first group of Aswan University students benefiting from center that under auspices of prof. Ahmad Ghallab the president of Aswan University, in attendance of Dr.Magdy Mohamed Ali -Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development-, Dr. Amal Abdel Wahed – Project Manager, the number of College Deans of Aswan University and Representatives from some companies and private entities.
Prof. Ahmad Ghallab stressed on his speech that Aswan University was one of the first Universities which joined in university center project in Egypt Universities co-operating with American University in Egypt and supported with United States Agency for International Development, the center was opened in (January 2020) in the attendance of Maj. Gen. Ashraf Atia Aswan Governor and a large number of presidents of Egypt Universities.
Prof. Ahmad Ghallab granted the certifications to the representatives of private entities who started this co-operating through number of activities to help Aswan university students included Al Salam Academy president of the Governing Council group and Makani restaurant president of the Governing Council.
Also, Prof. Ahmad Ghallab rewarded the group of center volunteering students for their efforts over one year working in center.
Worthily of mention, Center continued in presenting its services during covid-19 over 2020 and work online, 3363 students benefit from center services over this year.
At the end of the celebration students took photos with prof. Ahmad Ghallab president of Aswan University.
