In the context of scientific research and its importance ,and the necessary of implementation the theoretical study on the practical reality ,the faculty of archaeology organized a scientific trip for its students especially the students of the first and second grade to Aswan archaeological areas which are(Anba Hydra Monastery  – Abo El Hawa area- Alfanitin Museum – the Missing Obelisk – Museum of Nubia – Fatimid tombs)under the supervision of youth welfare-Mr. Ibrahim Hamd .

During their scientific trip, the students participated with: Dr. Ahmed  Abd Almonem  Farman-the professor of Egyptian archaeological department.

Dr.Omar Abo Zaid -the professor of Islamic archaeological department.

Dr. Fadia Attieh Mostafa -the professor of Egyptian archaeological department.

Dr.Mona Mahmoud El-Said Ahmed -the professor of restoration department.

From their side, each member of the faculty explained the antiques for the students according to their specialty, the scientific visit ended with taking some of commemorative photos.
