Recently Aswan University stepped up its endeavor to enhance the scientific cooperation with other universities all over the globe. In this context, protocols with different universities, centers and research institutes have been signed. Among the universities with which Aswan University has made agreements are (Heliopolis University – Frederick University, Cyprus – Tokyo University, Japan) in addition to some Spanish universities (Universidad de Jaén, Universidad Rovira i Virgili, Universidad de Salamanca), protocols also were signed with Alsaeed University, Yemen and Confucius Institute. For his part, Aswan university president Prof. Ahmed Ghallab stressed that recently Aswan university has made an agreement with Universidad Rovira i Virgili, Spain. The agreement includes cooperation between the two universities in launching a scientific journal for publishing the scientific research in English, organizing joint scientific conferences, student exchange in (bachelor, alumni studies. master and P.hD.) stages in addition to academic staff exchange. He declared that Aswan University has got a scholarship in the field of engineering and confirmed that Aswan University seeks to twine with Universidad Rovira i Virgili at the beginning of the academic year 2018/2019.
