Unit’s Tasks:

  • Disseminating the culture of quality in the faculty: academic and administrative quality assurance as well as research and the faculty’s service quality assurance through an internal system adopted from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation and the annual self-assessment of the performance of all the faculty’s activities elements that include:

Mission – administrative structure- academic staff – academic standards and programs – educational opportunities quality – society engagement – quality management – action plan

  • Formation of a teamwork for the ongoing development of all the self-assessment elements for each faculty’s academic and administrative department in the following fields:

Continuous Performance Improvement Cycles – workshops – training courses – symposia – conferences – seminars – general lectures – research projects

  • Laying down a system to assess and analyze the performance that includes:
  • Laying down models for assessing the performance of the supreme governing body, departments’ chairmen, the academic staff, their assistants and the faculty employees.
  • Laying down the distribution systems and analyzing the faculty’s educational process forms.
  • Laying down a system that ensures the educational process participants participation in all annual self-assessment elements.
