Under the patronage of His Excellency Prof. Loay Saad El-Din Nosrat, President of Aswan University, and the guidance of Prof. Ayman Salah Taha, Dean of the Faculty of Archaeology, Dr. Hanan Gaber Mahmoud, a lecturer at the Faculty of Archaeology, Aswan University, participated in the Conference on Intercultural Dialogue held in Aswan Governorate under the title:
“Human Development and Citizenship: Pillars of Sustainable Development.”
This participation reflects the Faculty of Archaeology’s commitment to supporting the academic and scientific presence of its faculty members at various intellectual and cultural events and conferences, thereby strengthening the faculty’s role in engaging with societal, cultural, and developmental issues.
The conference addressed several important themes related to promoting the values of citizenship, building awareness, and establishing intercultural dialogue, considering them fundamental pillars for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. It also highlighted the role of academic and cultural institutions in preparing individuals capable of positive participation in building society.
This participation demonstrates the Faculty of Archaeology at Aswan University’s commitment to actively contributing to scientific and cultural activities that foster intellectual development, strengthen national identity, and promote the values of belonging and dialogue.
